We don’t normally take the time to write reviews (especially one this long), but for Sean we're willing to write an essay just as a way of thanking someone who went from being just another Google profile, to a trusted agent and friend we can rely on. *This is how we feel about other agents & the housing "dealership" ---> Initially, we were exploring the housing market thinking there's no need for a buyer's agent as all of the agents we've met at that point were pretty much just pointing out the obvious advantages/ disadvantages about a particular house. And more importantly for first home buyers, the other agents gave us the feeling that we're just another incoming sale. This is why new builder grade houses, and similar others, give you the car dealership vibe. Present is wrapped in a shiny nice package. Looks good with staged, model furniture (which you don’t get lol) and capitalizes on your emotions for something that’s move-in ready. Forget all about the cheap materials, HOA taking your $ just to boss you around and for stuff you won’t use, how your neighbors are literally squeezed into your business, etc. *Spotlight goes to Sean ---> We found Sean based on his 5 star rating on Google on a Friday night, and he actually accepted our very last minute request to see the house the very next morning. Unlike the larger dealerships of generic real estate agents where you are merely another lead or statistic, you are getting an actual person who cares. Unlike the newly inexperienced looking for their latest “side hustle”, Sean has practical knowledge to offer on a property’s POTENTIAL. Without trying to bias you one way or the other. He helped us deal with all of the uncertain and unexpected situations and especially when the closing date was creeping up. He always answers our calls and text messages, and is always available when we need him. This was especially important since we had an apartment lease that we were looking to transition out of, plus we were more than an hour’s drive away. So for those who are in the same spot we were before we even knew we needed an agent. PS. Sean even answered all of our questions and concerns after we closed 2 weeks ago! Speaking of reliability! We would recommend Sean to everyone! Give this fabulous gentleman a call, especially if you are a first time homebuyer like we were interested in a move out to the Space Coast.

Sorry for the delay in writing this review. We have been so busy getting the house to our liking that time just escape us. "Casita" is what my wife calls it and all this was possible by our Realtor Sean Jeffrey from EXP Realty. He stayed positive on getting us into this home and with a lot of work he made it possible. He didn't let our spirit and hope down to be homeowners and today thanks to him and his connections we are at our home "Casita". It was sreally a team effort It took a whole village and lots of work from them to make this happen. We recommend him and EXP Realty 100% that they will make your dream of homeownership a reality.
